Rigorous teaching and complete autonomy to teachers in classrooms with respect to content and pedagogy.
Encouraging students to gain lot of external exposure through multiple stakeholder investment.

Inexperienced youngsters promoted to School leader position (at iTeach Ahilyadevi Holkar school specially)
Insecure career: Several experienced teachers shunted out with reasons as lame as not being able to meet highly ambitious student subject goals.
Management team is not only less experienced but also is more towards poaching bigshot donors and fudges records.

The most important aspect that changes human life is education, and iTeach is providing it without any cost. I see everyone here is dedicated team member, working towards common goal, vision and mission. Though the journey is though but still everyone is giving their 100%
