★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the best mess in Pune. With a reasonable price. I have been eating in this mess since last 11 months. I have also tried several other mess near Senapati Bapat Road but no one was even neat to the quality and taste provided by Anjali Mess. They have some fixed dishes for particular days, such as:
1. Tuesday Dinner: Methi Paratha
2. Thursday Dinner: Pav Bhaji
3. Friday Lunch: Egg Curry(2eggs)
4. Saturday Dinner: Chole Bhature
5. Sunday Lunch : Chicken
6. Other days : Aloo, Gobhi, Rajma, Dal, Jeera rice, Mix veg and many other such dishes.
Being a north indian guy, I just love the amazing taste of this mess. They also provide VEGETARIAN food to all veg people here. Their vegetarian dishes are also amazing. The best part is that they operate through a coupon system here. The rate for both Lunch & Dinner for a month is ₹2500. They provide you with 56 coupons @₹2500 which you can use for one month. And the rate for either Lunch or Dinner for a month is ₹1500. In this they provide you with 28 coupons @₹1500 which you can use for one month. They also provide tiffin services with the same rate as mentioned above within 1.5 km distance. Finally, I would recommend this to all the students and bachelor working people. If you want a home like food and that too at a reasonable rate then this mess is for you. And yes, *YOU CAN EAT UNLIMITED IN THIS MESS*. :)
