Despite of approaching them on a short notice and valuation being a lengthy process, upon only sharing a few documents and information they sent me the report in a day via email. Their service is very budget-friendly, prompt and of professional quality. Mr. Krishnaa was very friendly and cooperative. He explained the process thoroughly and his guidance was very valuable. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted Iyengaars Valuers for knowing the fair value of the property I intended to buy. Krishna sir was quick to respond and understood my concern and requirement. We scheduled a meeting and visited the property. Iyengaars Valuers did the property valuation in a transparent manner and always upheld the client confidentiality. I got to know the fair and correct marketable value of the property and could close the deal with the seller at the best price. They have the best team with Advocates, Chartered Engineers, structural engineers and so on..
I also got a structural opinion on the building and a design for doing some renovation work.
I highly recommend Iyengaars Valuers as one stop shop for all legal and structural opinions and property valuation for pre-purchase purpose.

I needed valuation of my property, and Mr Krishna was very knowledgeable, very prompt and very helpful in his response. Including advising what documents were needed.
The fees were reasonable, and within a week I received their formal report including photos from their site visit.
I will definitely seek their help again for any property transaction, and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for reliable and professional service, especially if you are from out of state or living overseas.
