★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They expect all people who come to be well educated about bank and bank works..if an elderly people ask for help or if they ask for request, staffs respond very rude .
I request them to have patience and help people who are not aware of the process or who are not educated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to transfer my account from Mangalore to this branch, after submitting every documents and procedure I told them to call me once you get my passbook. But they are not ready to call me. Instead of, they told me to call us. I didn't understand why they are not able to call me. I think they ll use the phone only for their personal call or they didn't pay the phone bill. So there might be only incoming call. What rubbish service they are giving?
Ho Karnataka bank managers " Pay your office phone bill first and then transact with the customers". If not able to pay your phone bill you may know where you will get the lock and key..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always crowded. Staff are not courteous and very lazy. They make you feel that they are doing you a big favour by allowing you to open and operate a term deposit or SB account. If you have tons of patience and time to kill, this is the place to visit. I have applied for SB account transfer to another branch of theirs in Bangalore 2 months ago and they are still processing! Wish I could give them zero stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank ever..... I visited on 1st July for the statement but they are telling system error and next day I visited then telling system issue... Playing with customer money....then I raised my voice shouting at the staff. later she is provided the statement.... kindly issue the non serviceable bank award to their staffs
