A restaurant in the heart of Basavanagudi. It is very clean and hygienic serves south Indian delicacies and specialises in coastal food. Pros: Good ambience Has a rural feel, feels authentic Food is good Very spacious and comfortable seating Clean and hygienic Easy to locate and reach Cons: Not much If you are looking for good hygienic place for a quick snack or a meal and a place which is not too crowded then this is the place.

We had breakfast in this self service style restaurant yesterday & the taste is ok but not very good. The service quality is very poor. Counter staff in the self service counters are rude. Never opt for combo breakfast as the serving staff look down on you. The staff gives substandard food items in the combo plate, eg vada which is cold etc. U don’t miss anything by not visiting.

Basavangudi's yummy plantain leaf southie meals! Located away from the crowds and with easy parking this place serves tasty Udupi style breakfast and plantain leaf meals too. The pineapple holige is fingerlicking good and will have one asking for more and will mostly tempt to pack a few home. The mini masala dosa and the poori with paneer saagu were equally tasty. The veggie laden sambar and tangy rasam go well with the Rice on offer. Kheer was very good too and the veggies though less were cooked well. Breakfasts come with Staple idly vada dosa upma kaharbath kesaribath pongal etc served with piping hot koffee. A good place which is wallet n tummy friendly!

We had south indian mini meals.. Taste was really nice and very tasty. Not at all spicy. And it was not too strong in masala. So very nice for a sunny afternoon.. Majjige I.e buttermilk was too good.

Amazing traditional food on banana leaf at a very mimum price amazing food quality. They have both the options to have a proper meal on banana leaf and mini plate meals as well. Now they have started the north Indian meals as well.

Mostly South Indian cuisines. Taste is okay. But foods are too oily. Masala dosa is full of oil. For the quality of food, is on a bit costlier side. And Handwash is a bit cumbersome in here. Not a place to visit regularly.
