★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I changed my two types of my bike avenger 220. While changing back tyre the labour broke 3 spokes. Very unskilled labour here. It's very dangerous to change your tyre here while they can damage your parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The showroom is run by a lady receptionist who does not have any sense to deal or attend customers but there is a loyal caretaker who is also the main expert and technician who did a good job to even carry the job of the lady to attend and dela the customers professionally. So I recommend this place just due to the technician boy. The lady is hopeless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop located on EM bypass, nicely visible from road, 1 star for that. Shop is decently sized and good collection to grab another star. One star less because they does not help customer to replace the damaged tyre claim from MRF. Got a side cut, submitted the tyre, it got rejected by MRF conviniently. Other brand help customer and replace the tyre. Another star less because MRF tyres are not good and policies are old. Apollo, Goodyear, Ceat, etc. accept side cut claim whereas MRF rejects it. Finally, a 3rd star less because the front road connecting EM bypass is extremely narrow and car sides may get scratches for nrw driver. Overall, I would not recommend MRF brand. Go for other brand like Goodyear, CEAT, Apollo or may be Yokohama.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a short interaction with the owner who seems to have an attitude larger than Madan Mitra. There was a MRF company individual who was interecting decently. I think they primarily focus on commercial vehicles where having a decent behaviour is not necessary to have business. But thats my perspective.

He has guided me to choose the better tyre and tyre profile for my motorcycle.. U can definitely have a visit and try..
