β β β β β very rude behaviour of the lady sales person sanchita.worst service in kolkata car bazaar dealer .dont buy any car from here, you will suffer sure.before the purchase they will behave polite attitude but after the purchase they will treat you very badly . specially lady sales person sanchita she is very rude .
overall my experience is very bad .

β β β β β *DO NOT PAY ADVANCE BASED ON YOUTUBE VIDEO PROMISES OR OTHERWISE*. ZERO Stars for this place. Incompetent managers are only good at making youtube videos of overhyped and overpriced cars. They have zero customer experience expertise.
Pay advance carefully. It is not refundable even if they tell you it is. Phone booking is dangerous, beware. I paid 10k and got only 5k refund after visiting their showroom twice. They completely ignore your calls if you decide to not take the car after paying advance. If you are investing lakhs of rupees with these peoples, best of luck. I pray your luck does not run out!

β β β β β I had bought a pre owned car from here. Car is good, I must appreciate. But their behavior pattern was found not good. The premier feeling of being a customer has got no value for them. They had denied to return advance after preferred car was not found in line after physical inspection, although they had promised to return advance after small deduction during taking advance. Ruther I had no other option than to bought car in order to adjust my advance and car price was more than market price. My overall experience with them is painful.
