★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laddhak Bhawan canteen was an awesome place with super delicious food. J&K and Laddakh bhawan are in same campus. J&K bhawan canteen wasn't having much vegetarian options however Laddakh bhawan had most of them. Friends who had non-veg became fan of the place. We tried vegetarian food and that was super awesome. Tried Nadaru Yakhini no one can imagine that lotus cucumber can also be prepared in such an awesome way. Laal Paneer (Red Cottage Cheese) was seriously mouthwatering. Must visit place for food lovers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For 2000 inr you expect a lot better. After the state became a UT, Ladakh got the better buildings. They made the previous C block into new B and C blocks. But the C block rooms are still the cheap and dingy rooms they used to be. The new B block has better rooms, but for 2000 inr per night, I would expect Wifi for the least.
They dont accept card, they keep you ID with them at the reception, and were rude when O said that they should keep copies instead. The location is central but their is nothing in and around for commodities. Completely useless. They management is made up for idiots like in the government.
