★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There will be pakka cheating by the owner..the behaviour of the owner before buying of the products and after purchase of the products will quietly changes..we simply experienced highly..as here we experienced that before purchasing of the tiles, the owner will say take extra material there will be nothing problem and he will say bring the extra material after the work is completed and after we return it the same material or extra material he simply say something that the product you bought was damaged or it was not good..and finally we will get lose..
