β β β β β Very bad ? I am struggling after getting operated...
Staff are experienced but behavior is very rude they are reacting like government employees.
I am shocked with thier behavior at enquiry they told that Dr is in hospital and giving token on phone but when you reach in hospital nurse are giving half treatment and asking to come tomorrow again.

1.First they done Retinal detachment operation. After one month of the operation they said to my father that " aap ki eye kabhi nhi sahi ho sakti . Bikul bhi nhi sakti.
2. If u are going/ planning for Retinal detachment. After operation ( after 6p.m) no nursing staff present to describe you how to take medicine.
3. My mother age is 65. And what they said to her .

β β β β β The hospital worked fine till I needed consultant. I changed my mind about getting my grandfather operated here, so just needed his file. The hospital is not giving back my file and making me go here bad there and wait.
I don't get this behaviour of the hospital staff, it's my choice where I want to get treated.
