★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi JN enterprise management. Service has becoming poor. From morning calling the delivery person he is not responsible properly yesterday he delivered Gas morning we charged it has leakage issues. If calling to ur office number also nobody is responding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The delivery guy always asks for delivery charge to deliver it to doorstep, despite of paying the full cylinder charges online. When I didn't paid him the delivery charge, he started to argue and said that he is going to take back the refill back to building basement and asked me to collect it from there also asked me to bring the empty cylinder to the basement. Also he told to collect refills from outside the building from next time. The delivery guy was Saravanan C. Someone from authority, please have a look in this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone thought the earlier review similar problem faced by me. I have taken new connection in the month of Dec 2021. All the connection, pipe and fitting charges paid at office itself but later delivery person taken additional fitting charges of Rs 120/- Now on 14 Feb 2022 booked gas cylinder Tax Invoice No- 5-101996336678 dt- 15 Feb 2022 this time also delivery person collected Rs 50/- as a delivery charges from my parents this is very bad thing we need to pay delivery charges twice for the same gas cylinder. Gas cylinder invoice (clearly mentioned that delivery charges included) then why we need to pay additional delivery to your delivery person. If someone willingly paying then that is a different thing. Ur delivery person don't have a right to ask to pay additional delivery charges. If ur unable to control all this things u may loses ur valuable customer. Awaiting ur reply and necessary action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t even pick up their calls and they keep delaying their services. It has been more than 4 days, I have placed the order for the gas and they haven’t even delivered it yet.
If you’re considering to get a gas connection from this enterprise, please don’t. They don’t do their job and they are rude.
