while delivering cylinder, I have asked for cash memo when I asked for an explanation they took away my cylinder for which I paid and updated in the system as delivered. this kind of agencies should be closed immediately with help of legal team. They are running business to make people fool.

Keep on pushing the customers to take premium priced gas and asks customers to get gas stove to the agency for the verification ISI certification which their agent has to come to the place and certify and force customers to purchase the gas stove from them. Very bad behaviour

They don't communicate the requirements clearly and doesn't even help the customers to get the things done even with basic manners and coordination.
The lady and the young man at store. Please help the customers for the connection without additional hussle.
We visited the store 3 times, and called several times before visiting there, they never told complete info in one call or visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sheela gas agency is one of the worst gas agency. Their response to the customer is very bad. The worst part is response to the gas leakage issues.
I had gas leakage issues couple of times I called the agency you don't believe their turn around time was more than 12 hours. After making dozens of calls their owner response was I will send some one by flight to leakage issue ...such a worst behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No proper customer service, called up multiple times only to get no single suitable response. No etiquettes displayed by the delivery person either. Response received on questioning the unreasonable demand for high delivery charges was, to procure it from some other vendor next time. Wonder if someone looks into their distribution process.
