★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional and unethical is how I would describe the practises here. In present COVID scenario, they charge helpless customers more than double of what other professional diagnostic centres charge for the same tests.
RT-PCR for example is charged Rs. 2600 instead of Rs. 1200 by other centres. Results within 24 hours would be promised, but that wouldn't be fulfilled. Received our results after 48 hours only.
They provide no invoice or bill, either digital or physical.

They are doing home sample collection even in the pandemic with all safety precautions. Staffs are very polite . Also got the results as soon as possible.
