A completely inexperienced or a non medical staff took a blood sample in a very bad way which has got infected with pain.
At the time of report, they call and tell that they want a re-sample.
A very unprofessional and the worst diagnostic centre.
On my way to file a complaint against them

I visited the Apollo diagnostic in jaynagar 4th T block. It's very nice. Good lab, comfortable place, cool interior. And the technician is Nethravathi, she's excellent, responsible technician, taken good care for patients..

The sample for RTPCR test was taken at 7.30 am from my home on 29th November. I had clearly mentioned that I was catching an international flight on 30th noon and was assured that the result would be sent to me by 10pm, max.
When I called at 8 pm I was told that the technician had submitted my sample at 1pm, as he had 'forgotten' to put it in the first batch !! WOW!!
My flight is at 1 pm today, I am at the airport, and so far I have NOT got the report! I have called about 45 times since 6 am this morning, and have been put on hold every time, with no response.
I am DISGUSTED!!!
If I am denied boarding, I will file a case against this group and they will have to bear the airfare expenses.
THIS GROUP DESERVES NO STARS AT ALL!!!
TRAVELLERS PLEASE AVOID APOLLO DIAGNOSTICS FOR YOUR RTPCR!
