They are quite humble and provide assistance to the old. Before coming in for the test, they explain the current offers and ensure that the client is completely satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service n they r so irresponsible.. they said vl get the reports in 12hrs n it's been 24hrs still i haven't got the reports my mother is hospitalised n waiting fr the report still i haven't got it yet.. they r saying it is still on process.. it's a very bad experience

We had received a call stating lab report is ready but we were unable to view the report online as it was showing as pending and we called the center for further assistance , the receiver end person heard all my queries and straight away cut the call ! This happened twice and after that no response for any of our calls ! Very frustrated with the behaviour! Some sort of sensitivity is expected in such fields !!
