β β β β β Without a star is not possible , there is no timings for scanning and other diagnostics , waiting time almost 4 to 5 hrs , compared to other diagnostic center near jayanagar this is worst ever ....???

β β β β β Pls don go with the negative review ..I visited here for my pregnancy scan ..Doctor is very professional n patience enough to clear all my doubts n explained each image in the scan brilliantly ...I din notice any misbehaving as tol in other reviews..

β β β β β It's abided by the law that women can enter a restaurant just to use washroom. This place being a diagonstic center, when I went to ask if I use their washroom the lady at the reception said no saying that we don't allow outsiders to use washrooms.
Being a clinic if this is their approach towards women health, I am not sure how they are treating their patient.
Attaching a pic of the place so that the receptionist can be seen.
Also the receptionist being women have to be shameful for doing that.

β β β β β Most of the reviews I read were very negative. However we had a very good experience when we visited. Receptionist was good n cordial. Dr was very professional and kind. He clarifies all the doubts well and gives u positivity. Above all we took our less than 2 year daughter to the scan centre. She is very fond of dog soft toy that she carries everywhere. In a hurry we came out n left the dog toy. The receptionist was kind enough to call us n inform the same as she observed the attachment my child had towards the toy. As we were in traffic we cd not go back. After 5 days we booked a courier to pick up the toy n deliver it to home. Till then the staff were very good in coordinating, keeping the toy safe and handing over the toy to the courier boy. It might be just a toy but for a 1 year 8 month old, it means a lot. Was really touched by their sensibility towards my child.
Services medically also are very good. There was a calcification in babies heart and all other hospitals n drs suggested genetic abnormalities and termination of fetus. When we approached this dr on suggestion of Dr Shantala, the dr examined the whole baby though the prescription was foetal echocardiography and was assuring us that the baby is very healthy and single dot of calcification is not of much significance and doesnt indicate any genetic abnormalities. He assured us a lot by showing the baby growth to me n my husband and we were releived so much after visiting him. He is good Doctor.

β β β β β Doctor is very humble and friendly. I have chosen Rathna Diagnostics centre for both of my pregnancy. It is not only economic, doctor's friendly nature makes you comfortable to ask any medical related doubts/problems more. He explains it with out any hesitation and gives you clear picture. I suggest this place strongly.
