★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pricing is high, also not patient friendly for cases referred outside their associated hospitals... overall not a delightful experience...
Mainly no proper response by technician doctor to questions about process... we did HSG test. Duty doctor doesn't know about tablets also written by referred doctor which is just an antibiotic... we reached at 9 as advised during appointment, but doctor itself came by 11 only.. we came out at 1 pm. Not supportive after the procedure in guiding the patient..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unorganised, unpolished staff and very slow in everything. A full health check up went on for 5 hrs + as there was no one keeping track of what’s pending- everytime we had to follow up and there was always a few people prior to us. Inspite of being one of the first few to enter the pathology.
Two weeks later and the report is still not ready and printed and the consulting doc is busy and can’t meet till the next week!!!
There are better centre’s - pls avoid if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked Advanced full body check via Mfine in Prima Diagnostics. No prior communication that what all sample will be collected only one text message received which says complete your dinner in between that time and post that you can have only water. Slot was booked for 6 to 8am, sample collection person called and requested that he will come in between 9 to 9:30am as he is having other sample collection to. I said ok, person came took blood and for urine sample person said if it's not happening then leave I can't wait as have to go for other samples. I requested that will collect and inform you and you can collect while returning, person denied straight on my face. Didn't like the attitude and service. Will not recommend Prima to anyone for any kind of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst made pregnant lady wait for 2 hours only for scanning report and 1 hour for scanning test . Staff r very less but payment is high.no humanity showed, to make it early and send the pregnant ladies. Only one lady will do everything with no other support but on helpdesk will b 4 5 people siting which is no use. In an emergency if any one walking they will die there only. Better to go any other diagnostics center instead to wait wait and die.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will not recommend to anyone for any kind of pregnancy test or scan here. They will waste your time and the staff are highly arrogant. Had a very tough time taking my wife here. Please think wisely before visiting here. Taking care of our self people is more important rather giving them tough time by visit to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems like they don't give a f about patients time. There's endless waiting at the reception area. There's another not a standard queue once you get to scanning rooms. They call people randomly and take forever to complete process. Not only you've to wait lot more for reports you'll get a free preach about how to be patience. The nurse, helping people could be more nice and less rude.
It lacks process, time management and over does with attitude and negligence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No appointments, have to wait until they call. Too much waiting time even for giving reports. They charge high compared to other diagnostic center. Pay extra and get reports faster, seems like a scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visit this center regularly for my health package examinations and for other scans/xrays.
The staff is friendly and polite although it does get super busy at times and the emergency walk-ins mess up their and get chaotic but that crowd says they're good at their job.
The reports are always on time and accurate.
Their technicians and their machines are up to date with the latest and greatest.
Lastly, the entire center is always clean and hygiene including the bathrooms, you can see staff working every floor every couple of hours.
I'd recommend this center to everyone and i shall definitely continue to go there.
