★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vani G is a lovely employee . But I want to admit the BATHROOMS ARE TERRIBLY maintained !!!! I mean for a diagnostic center , it is critical to keep bathroom clean and DRY TO help customers collect “samples” and use toilets WITH COMFORT and ease ! Cmon guys! Focus on this AND provide MORE THAN 1 washroom please !! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever go there. Highly unprofessional people and I was shocked to see that they lie also. I booked for NT scan and double marker test 1 day in advance for indiranagar center and next day after reaching there, I got to know that doctor is unavailable. Then booked another one more slot for jayanagar center after confirming with them, went to jayanagar and then there also they told doctor not here.
Why are you taking appointments in advance if the doctor is not available. I have driven for 25 KM and yet didn't get the test done.
Stop making fool of people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to several testing facilities in India and even abroad. But this place I had the worst experience. So yesterday I booked from your website and today I went there and showed the SMS to your staff. (Because the SMS said to show to counter / even if there is no use in your center). The lady at the counter showed me a small form in her hand and told me "go outside fill this form and come". Then I filled the same form she showed and went to the counter then another lady said "go write the reference number in top of the form" (form didn't mention it!!!), so I had to go outside SECOND time to get the pen to write it. Then I showed it again to counter and this lady said "You doing RT-PCR?? You have to fill other form". So THIRD time I had to go outside and sat there and fill another form. If your team is professional can figure with your SMS ID code this patient/customer came for which test. Because I filled that in your system. This is how they do in every where around the world. Also it took a while to process the form in your counter even with 2 people (lady and a guy). Very unprofessional team. Need better training to deal with people. There is a small town in India with only one staff who manage the counter professionally and even take sample. Maybe your staff need training from her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today i have visited this center, here all employees are cooperative, mainly VANI madam is awesome,her words r very delightful....My diagnosis process was too good and within 15 min after test.. I got my report...And madam who investigated my issue is really good, she is very calm , everything told me about my isssues and all.. Thank You ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of you want to spend 3 to 4 hours for simple blood test. Pls welcome here. No appointment base system.. if you speak louder then they will call you for test.. or else be ready for 3 to 4 hours waiting.. staff are useless they don't have knowledge of how many are in queue.. no refund once payment done.. they force you to Bill first and before Bill different queue after billing different queue.. strictly not recommended.. worst experience.. report is also not properly done..
Looks like All 4 n 5 Star review are paid.. Mosley all are telling about good service.. during my visit almost more than 5 people are having complaint about delay test.. so think before coming

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better close your branch ASAP, its no use of it, no proper information given,they force to pay money immediately after that no response at all, no one knows how to give information to customers, For MRI scan we need to wait for 5 hours what is the use to visit your center, better close your branch and be in your home.
