β β β β β It was good in last years. Now scanning doctors have no basic experience. They don't even know the meaning of NT scan. They Miss to check out the crucial data which meant for that particular period. Waste of TIME and money to go here. And we will have to bear all further RISKS.

β β β β β Not professional. Not organized. Understaffed. I went on a weekday for a health check and everything was terribly slow even though it was not that crowded. Gave me a doctor's appointment for 5pm and kept me waiting for more than 2 hours. Complete mismanagement. Extremely disappointed with the service.

β β β β β Totally unprofessional and total recklessnesses.. Had given Rtpcr test a day before my international travel and I was suppose to receive the report by evening but till the next day afternoon 1.30pm had not got any response from them until I had to send someone for the Center physically.. I had my flight at 4pm and after multiple calls got the report at 1.30pm.. please avoid going to this center if their is any emergency I would give minus βοΈ for their service..

β β β β β Pathetic service just to do 2 minutes of a test had to wait for a doctor for almost 2 hours, I was told to come around 5:30 reached before time but dr was late by 2 hours. Pathetic pathetic service also Doctor c please check and keep the Better diagnostics center on your list. Not happy at all. Making a patient wait for 2 hours and front desk agent saying doctor will reach in 5 minutes and giving sone excuses. Be aware before booking an appointment in TENET Jayanagar

This Lab has Nice ,clean & hygienic ambiance.
Wonderful staff at reception & blood collection team.
Their home collection official Mr. Raghavendra is extremely professional , cultured & punctual in home delivery of Report.

β β β β β Been here for RTPCR testing and the result was given within 12 hours. Good service. They have many other diagnosis facilities available. Also the RTPCR test cost was very less comparatively

β β β β β All negative reviews seem to be true. This place is extremely unprofessional and needs serious improvement. Front desk is totally mismanaged. Staff doesn't seem to be trained to handle patients. The lab technicians don't sanitise before sampling and are often seen without gloves or masks! No respect for time and definitely no fast tracking of services. No token system so people stand in unorganised queues like in a railway ticket counter. Staff openly and rudely argue with patients and don't easily answer queries. For the top notch rates they charge, the wait times and bad attitude are not worthy. Not your friendly neighborhood diagnostic lab. Don't be fooled by the fancy name and swanky exteriors. Find a better hardworking lab that you can trust, I surely am not going back here.
