★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we went to Trinity j.p.nagar for TMT. they do not conduct TMT at j.p.nagar branch and asked us to come back again as they would arrange vehicle and take us to Jayadeva and complete the procedure in an hour. the cost is 1800 for TMT. The day we went to Trinity, they said TMT is done in another facility of Trinity at Ashoka pillar and made us wait for 1 and a half hour there and none of the staff was responding. Only after blasting J.P.nagar trinity, they took our appointment in Ashokapillar branch and finally attended us after 1:40mins. pathetic staff and service. would recommend go to reputed diagnostic centers than such scam places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst lab even more worst is the reception people. They don't have common sense to take full details of the patient gave appointment and later after going there they are telling that they can't do the scan. Worst customer service. Please think twice and confirm before going.

After 30 minutes I went to enquir receptionist saying suddenly doctor is not coming he is not well.
Escaping .....bad experience in life
It's not lab it's just like hotel technicians are enjoying eating and no safety majors.....I doubt there report quality also now it will be 100%faster positive and false negative.

Worst worst hospital with no proper facilities.
They do not have covid safety protocol.
Dont go here.

Women be careful while removing your clothes while performing ECG.
NEVER VISIT THIS CENTER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My doctor had suggested to get ultrasound scanning done and I chose Trinity. It's a very decent place and my scanning went well. The radiologist was very helpful and guided me with the scanning. And the service was also feasible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The radiologists are very professional and pleasant people, definitely some of the best I have been to. However the staff/admin people while pleasant are not very competent or professional. On 2 occasions I was given appointments and both occasions on arriving made to wait and then told the doctor was not available and scan cannot be done. Would recommend the doctors but be very careful booking appointments.
