★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I strongly recommend Kshema diagnostic centre for pregnancy scan. Dr. Rashmi was so understanding and polite. The staff there too was helpful. The report was given within 5 minutes and it was easy for the layman to understand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my friends got her thryoid and prolactin levels checked. All her values were high , which caused unnecessary fear and tension to my friend and family. She was recommended an MRI because of the high prolactin levels due to suspicion of brain tumour
. However after testing in another private laboratory, all her results were normal.
Please don't go to this laboratory where they give all false readings? It will save your time, money and unnecessary fear

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting Kshema Diagnostic for more then 5 years for various tests n scans and and had delightful experience every. The nurses are very cooperative and reports are accurate and provided on time. They also send home visit for test sample collection. This facility was really helpful during COVID.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to get an X-ray and Blood Test done for my back pain so I visited Kshema Diagnostics. When I first went there, my X-rays didn't come out properly and my doctor asked me to get it done again, I had to wait almost one hour each time to get the X-ray done because the concerned person who was supposed to do was not there in clinic. The next day I got my blood test done and the results came out inaccurate and my doctor told me that we can't rely on results especially with my Vitamin D3 levels being so low. If that were my result, I would actually be on bed barely able to get up is what my doctor told me. And they charged me Rs. 3500 for the Blood report that barely gave me any results. I would not recommend this place even if you're in urgency to get your tests done. I totally didn't like the experience and the amount of money that I spent to literally get nothing out of those tests.

We went to get few scans and blood tests done at this diagnostic centre based on recommendation. Though the doctors are good who do scans but the other staff is highly unprofessional and careless . They don’t even bother to tell you the requirements before scan which is very important .They assume patients will know everything. They don’t inform you correctly on timings and when doctors will be available. We observed so many patients waiting cluelessly. Receptionist is hardly bothered to answer your questions correctly. Not sure how this place has 4.8 rating !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Kshema for all my scan requirements throughout my pregnancy. Dr. Rashmi Vasanth was very nice, polite and patient while scanning and explained each and every thing clearly. She takes time to scan clearly and explain us so that we will be satisfied with scans. Overall it was a great experience. Dr. Rashmi will scan with her full satisfaction and ensures that we are also satisfied with her scan report. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid going to this place. I had always recommended this place to everyone but I stop it right here today. Pathetic experience. They expect customers/patients to understand the process like them and later argue like it's our mistake for not giving sample ( when they have clearly not instructed us). STOP GOING TO THIS PLACE. The front desk lady doesn't know how to smile. I have been requesting to speak to the owner. I rest my case here. Kshema just lost customer/s - a customer who always recommended everyone to go there even for a simplest test n RTPCR for travel purpose as we travel very frequently .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no complaint on medical services. But you should really consider allowing patients to go in for scanning based on appointment time slots. Even when they give you an appointment at 12PM, they'll make you sit for hours to complete scanning of other people in queue. What's the point of taking time slot appointment then. When you give someone some specific time, allow them to get in at the same time. All others also might have taken appointment for scanning right? So allow them on their time slots. Don't make every pregnant woman wait for hours here. We were given appointment at 1PM and my wife went in at 1:55PM, she didn't have lunch. We reached home by 3PM and had lunch. Giving precise report shouldn't be the only task, please concentrate on customer care and satisfaction too. No other complaints on scanning or other medical services. Staff is friendly.
