★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is nice. She gives enough time to test everything (We got 7 hours of her to get everything properly tested). She is doing her best whatever she can. 'BUT' a whole bunch of non performing staff making it difficult. They can't read what is written on the form, can't write whatever is told and cannot generate a proper report even in a couple of tries. They force you to believe that the end result of the report is not in proper shape and you wasted your time and money (Doctor too). You fill you form correct - it is about read and type, but they will misspell your name (not a small mistake but changing the whole meaning of your name, Alok becomes Ashok), not only the name they can put a wrong age on the report even without thinking if the patient looks like of the same age or not (34 becomes 43). Doctor says - "write 2.19" they will type 2.91. Go for a second natural conception and they will write First Pregnancy - Turner Syndrome. I don't believe in the report and I went for a second opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better places for ultrasound scans in Bangalore. The Doctor has all the patience to check all details. For all scans in the 2nd or 3rd trimesters it is better to visit this Doctor for best scanning.
However just 1 drawback is that the center's washroom is old and smelly. It still has old indian type and not at all a hygienic. For scan center this is not acceptable. Hence I reduced a star otherwise it was a good visit.
In regards to waiting, it is expected in all scan centers as the scan process takes time or sometimes you've to recheck due to baby positions. So prepare atleast half day for any scan center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Doctor takes very long time for each patient and we had waited more than 6 hrs to complete scanning. Such an idiotic place. I would never recommend this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If the staff was as good as the doctor, we would have given 5 stars. We arrived at 10:15 in the morning, we were first in line, the scan was done by afternoon, including the repeat scan due to baby position, and then realized that the staff have done some mistakes in capturing the numbers, and asked us to wait or come the next day. It has been more than 8 hours in total for a scan to be done and getting the report thereafter. To top it, the behaviour of the staff was very rude and totally unsympathetic!!! I would think 10 times before coming here next time...That too only because of Dr Preeti!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place comes highly recommended. Please listen to your Doctor if they have asked you to go here, it is for a reason and it is worth it.
The Doctor is such an amazing lady and she makes you feel so comfortable and at ease.
The staff are very good, polite, helpful and friendly.
I understand it will take time before you get your turn but the staff will help you through it. You need to understand that if you have been asked to wait it is only because they have an emergency case to attend to.
Before coming here for my scan, I went through the reviews here and was very worried. But once I was there what I saw and experienced was completely opposite to the negative reviews shared here.
This is a team of exceptional Women and are doing a fantastic and noble job. Please respect them, be considerate and try to see their side of the story as well, all they want to do is help you.
Thank you team Medha for your support and help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't understand why people are complaining about wait time. This doctor mostly gets only complicated cases like ours.my appointment was at 10.30Am. But we were called in around 1. Doctor spent 2 hrs for our scan to get perfect result.. Such a dedicated doctor. Nowadays if we pay money also we don't get good treatment. But here this doctor had her lunch around 5 in the evening and we got our report at 7 Pm. We spent whole day there but end of the day results are important it had to be accurate..
I highly recommend this place.
