★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company follows telephonic interview followed by hands on round to evaluate candidate which I believe is a sensible way of choosing their prospective employees.However, the organization should make sure that their system Infrastructure should be stable enough for interviewees to execute their piece of code.It so happened with me once when I was deploying code on SharePoint ,I couldn't do this because of some permission issues.I reported this to the concerned and she was so reckless that she asked me to work on alternative which I believe is very unprofessional.
I do believe that as a programmer I have liberty to chose the tool and methodology of my choice to get the desired output.This costed 3 hrs of my time and the same thing happened to other guy as well.Please respect others time and their presence in your office.Though, at once I thought of walking out, went against it as it might draw conclusion on my professionalism.Nevertheless, the treated me well and looks like they have good working culture.Contrary,they seriously need to look in to their facility and network Infrastructure.

They are playing with employee career, if employee try to raise voice against management, with in night project will change because that person will be relative (bro/sis/husband etc... ) Of management so they will try to safe them first.

First round taken by a girl. She was polite and taken the interview well. They have schedules second round of interview on next day itself. A guy taken up the interview, he said he is the technical lead in Bangalore location. I have answered all the 100% questions. And finally he asked a question which is not in JD. I have answered for that too. But partially. He rejected me for the only reason that I didn't answer clearly at last. I don't know what he thought in his mind. He rejected me with motive only. I advice company to take action on those type of meaningless people.
Many companies loosing their good name because 0f these type of people.
