★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family clothing shop. Nice wedding collections and number of options to choose from. But shop wisely as some of their clothing are not worth as they charge (kurta payajamas, salar suits, accessories ). Some of their collection are even worth paying.

We have been looking for outfits for my son's wedding in US. We have visited several stores in Vadodara and were very impressed with customer service at the other stores and expected the same at Jade Blue.
Unfortunately, we had the worst service experience at Jade Blue. There were employees standing around in western clothes department with no customers but there was only one employee trying to help multiple customers. It was so bad that customers started pulling outfits from the shelves themselves for trial as they could not wait for someone to help them.
After waiting for 10 min., we just walked out. This was a sharp contrast to all other stores where you are always greeted and then shown the right outfits once you describe what you are looking for.
