★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually they don't even deserve 1 star as there setup is stupid and staff is worst then a Municipality Department... Sadiq is the fellow who sits at the Counter and doesn't even know how to deal with customers... Gym equipments are outdated and few of them are broken... Trade Mill is 10000 yrs old and has been kept in such a way if incase someone missbalance he will be seriously injured as all other heavy equipments are been placed very closely... It's not a sports club it's a cheaters club

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place to meet ua athletic needs... an open ground where you can perform ua sprints and walk... boxing mma and a gym as well.. the gym is well equipped with weights and machines... place is usually crowded from 8-10 pm ... gym trainers are helpful when approached... the best time to visit this place would be afternoon after 4pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good gym with moderately decent equipment and very low yearly subscription fee. If you are a regular then it's a good place for workout. Members usually workout as partners. If you are new, then avoid it at all costs because there are no instructors. You are on your own!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Gym is awesome ? , but there's not any trainer available in the Gym , 2 sir's are there but they both have attitude they don't teach me ? they don't see and don't teach how to do , this hurts , the trainer have duty to teach freshers how to do workout but they don't teach anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An experienced gym for people and it’s a best ever gym I ever seen because this gym is good for making body and about the equipments of gym it’s great and perfect for building muscles.????
Gym trainers are good but people says the have an attitude that’s wrong in todays world nothing is for free you guys can take personal training and pay them no money no body you have to put money for body building or else find other gym.??
