β β β β β Gym is good as there is no music but you can use personal headphones as per me i like the sounds of weights more than listening music.
Seperate ladies and gents timings is a very good thing to keep away distraction.
They maintain a good discipline and hygiene in the gym. Just 1 star less because the outside the gym, members are pathetic keeping footwear anywhere on the mat not in the racks and the building stairs is all time dirty as it is a commercial building.

It has 2 floors.
Entrence is from 4th floor.
It has steam bath too.
Equipments are good.
There are ropes and tires too for circuit training.
Good membership price annually.
Monthly and quarterly is little expensive.
Ladies time from 11am-4pm
Gym closes by 11pm and starts at 6 am.
After covid gym will be also open on Sundays as my friend told.

You need good bargaining skills for a cheaper membership , they try to fool you by quoting higher prices
The best part about this gym Is mma ,it is a must and The sir i alsi really helpful

β β β β β As i m member of the gym, i have experinced personally, everyday i m doing my workout and i m enjoying it very much.. fees are okk.... They are providing Gym, Cardio, Steam and Shower, mixed martial Arts, kick boxing,. Functional Training, Cross fit Training, etc... Trainers are very certified, very kind and helpful .. on floor 6 Trainers are available all time... Enjoy..
