★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience firstly lights were closed at 6:30pm and started showing me in dim daylight, switched on these lights only when i asked and then they looked very confused when asked about the price of the products. Moreover they were not interested in showing the products and more interested playing on laptop or mobile. They said the concerned person is coming in 10 minutes so you wait.
Secondly, on asking difference between two similar looking garden pipes they couldn't answer and when i asked about the sample of both the pipes in order to show to my gardener and decide which is better, they refused......big shocking.
Thirdly Mr Santosh who sits in another shop guided wrongly as first he said only one variety pipe is available, later on changed his statement and when asked about the owner's number he was very rude and blunt.
Worst ever experience...........where no knowledge about the products they sell and not at all customer friendly. I would not suggest anyone to go there and be misguided as well as waste time and energy.

I had ordered some garden accessories, they helped me through chat to give me clarifications about various options of products I was looking for.i ordered on Thursday and parcel reached home at Mumbai on Saturday noon. Happy with the purchase. Neatly packed. FedEx in my area is pathetic, but never mind, would like if they had any other carrier. Appreciate the thank you note and other documents and the way they were put in an classy envelope, shows going for that extra mile for making good buying experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have exceptional stuff concerning hardware or gardening tools but I guess they are more focussed on online sale then actual customer interaction, hard to tell if the store is open or closed, no lighting outside watsoever, but they don't dissapoint in regards to wat they have on offer
