★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service isn't good. Staff doesn't attend cars on time. Appointment system in place but they always complain about too many customers coming. Car washing isn't satisfactory even after 2nd wash on the same day. Cars visiting for general checkup are delivered even later then the cars coming for servicing. Irony to have only one service center in tricity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go for the general checkup as my first service is due.The dealing by the staff is not so great.As it my first service so complete check up is not done even radiator fluid wiper fluid is not top up and also battery check up by machine not done.and car is not lifted up to check the condition of tyres.diagonis setup not used Just they manually check IT which also done where car is not parked at bay and car washing is pathetic there is delay in washing.
