★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lord Shiva is seated in this temple by the name of Shri Jageshwar Nath. The Jageshwar Nath temple is ancient and is said to have been built during the construction of a medieval big mosque (Jama Masjid) located about a hundred meters away. Later the idols of Maa Bhagwati and Sri Radhakrishna were also installed in this temple complex. Public Durga Puja festival is organized by the prestigious social organization "Geetanjali" of Jaunpur on the occasion of Sharadiya Navratri for years in this complex.
