★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked an Innova for our rishikesh trip. The driver reported 45 mins late, the car was the shabbiest car ever seen. It was neither cleaned from inside nor outside. The car was stinking badly. It seemed the car came a night before from a trip and was sent for us just like that. The driver was filthy too. Kept chewing Tambaaku and spit outside after every half an hour..... When we spoke to the owner of the taxi service, he didnt even have the courtesy to be apologetic. When we told him we are not going to pay him the full amount for such a bad service, he banged the phone.
