Because..they give ZERO value to customers , ZERO value communication skills..They are just roaming around when customer want good service and passing comments about customer....The one star is for ..Its clothing quality ..Awesome casual shirts are here and one star is for cleanliness ...But overall bcz of staff ..JAIHIND collection is going on Losss.
