★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class store !!! They don’t even respond once you purchase product and eats their own time in any kind of assistance. During enquiries or purchase they treat you like boss, once the payment is done they don’t bother on your requirements or queries. Don’t purchase anything from reliance stores. Try his is the 2nd experience we have had and enough of that!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased Hp touch convertible laptop from the store 6 months back, costing 75k. The laptop is now having a white dot on the screen that appeared out of nowhere along with the hinge problem that existed since the time i bought it but then the salesperson told me that its normal and it wont increase further. Contradictory to which the hinge has become more loosened and now when i seek help from the store, both the manager and salesperson denied all sorts of help. Unprofessional behaviour at it’s peak is what i noticed along with no customer support. They are extremely well behaved and polite when you are about to buy something and of no help and support once you start facing issues with their product. Horrible experience and I don’t recommend it at all

2)Lackness of Variety product they want you to buy product as they suggest, i had given them 5-7 option for desert air cooler but nothing i get.
3) Product cancellation process is very slow even after 2 weeks it not resolved yet.
