★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequent traveller, found Staff behaviour is very rude. They made their service, like local passenger bus. They don't have value for passengers time,just making money by lifting local passenger from here n there. Appealing to Bus operator to look after the matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off all why don't have you your managers number here to maintain the transperancy in fare.Bus conductor are like jaahil.they don't have manners how to behave with senior citizen and ladies.secondly the fare is not same from Patna to bettiah and bettiah to Patna is main reason of dispute with passanger.
My experience is very bad with this travels staff.I think this travel company is loosing it's reputation among public.thats not good
