★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Dal Bati Churma and a Rajasthani Thali and it was delicious. Food quality is good here and you have a long list of items to choose from. The price is also average but not cheap.
This is the part of the Jaigarh fort where you’ll find network connection, so you can pay using paytm as they accept online payments.
Usually this place is almost occupied as it’s the only place you can find to eat inside the Jaigarh fort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was told by our guide that the hotel is run by the Descendant of the chief chef of the Maharaja and food of this restaurant justify his name. Food is tasty and prices are very reasonable, service is slow and waiter are a little rude. sitting arrangement is also need to improved and chairs & table needs to be changed . the owner also needs to take care on cleanliness & smoking should be prohibited in the restaurant. Tried Lal Mans here, it was not traditionally cooked but taste was good.

Now the food quality is not as per the expectation when you know the history owners

DON'T EVER GO HERE!
Worst staff, didn't clean table for 15 minutes, just cleared the plates, and after 10 more minutes cleaned the table. After that they didn't take the order for another 20 minutes.
Apart from that, the plates weren't cleaned at all, food stains were present, the food portions were less, the taste was bad, too oily. Ordered extra rotis and needed to wait for another 15 minutes just for rotis.
Then at the time of billing, they never left our sides like hungry foxes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Rajasthani Thali here was something otherworldly delicious! If you don't mind the oil floating on top of traditional rajasthani cuisine, you have to try it. Since there is the single Jaigarh Canteen in the entire fort complex, all the tourists eat here. The prices are on the higher end but you wouldn't regret your bucks here. Decent service too. Wouldn't have missed this for anything.

Restaurant is run by the Descendant of the Chief Chef of Maharaja and food of the restaurant justify his name.
I tried Laal Mas, Chicken Stew, Bajra Roti, Makke ki Roti and Gulab Jamun. Food was too good, just delicious.
