The builder has 7 acre project at vignana Nagar and it is still not complete. while it is complain they make that bad reviews and banners will make the cash flow and they will not be able toccomplete the project,what they did with the money they gy got till now ? All was mis managed ?
The issue is in court. the court has given order to the builder to maintain project till the project is completed. this builder is still trying to run away giving excuses .
rera has given him a notice . many consumer court cases are filled. they have money to start a new project ,but do not have money to complete a flagship project.
contractors come and close the gates,lifts are unoperational..people get sruck,no permanant bescom power,no fire equipment,stp smells bad,no second lift,
still have a courage to start new project...not willing to meet flagship project residents..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was searching through some properties when I came across this Rainforest project, and I was amazed by their idea. This is an excellent project with exceptional amenities. The location is also very nice with serenity but with modern living.
Project planning and layout are perfect. Kudos to the developers for coming up with such a fantastic project.

RERA has ordered builder not to issue sale deeds for that property. Just google the news and you will see the results or read reviews for East parade online.
