I asked at the time of purchase if the carpet would withstand my cat who tends to scratch and was told most emphatically that nothing would damage the carpet “not even a tiger!”. This is very obviously not the case and within a few weeks of it being down there were lots of pulled threads and now there are even more. The very convincing salesman demonstrated how even a sharp pair of scissors would not damage the pile on the carpet. Not so!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased my Hand Made Kashmir woollen carpet when I visited Jaipur Boutique Carpet with a friend in Jan 2013. We were shown how the carpets were made after which we were able to look at wide range of finished carpets. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My carpet arrived in Australia a week after I puchased it, and was delivered at my residence by courier - it was well packed and in excellent condition. I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend Jaipur Boutique Carpet to anyone who would like to purchase something special from India. I hope to return one day and make another purchase!

I only can say the best about this Company. Very good and reliable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I purchased a silk duvet on March 1. It was supposed to be shipped in 10 days. We STILL have not received it. We have attempted to reach the store via email multiple times. They have not responded.
Customer service is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This us a great place to visit. We were lucky enough to take part in a guided tour showing how the carpets are made, were provided refreshments & had a presentation so they can sell to us. Many of our party did. The quality is superb and prices extremely reasonable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are swindlers. They showed many douvets to our group. All looked very nice great quality. They gave me a new packaged one not one they showed me and the douvet had no back cloth so a comforter could not be inverted. Matching pillow cases came undone at the scene when inserting a pillow. This was a horrible experience. Save yourself and don't buy anything from them.
