★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jalpan Rajajinagar is a horrible place and infested with cockroaches. Place is badly maintained and staff members are callous. Our entire plan to celebrate birthday and good evening was spoilt. Repent going to this place. Highly recommended to avoid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starters were good. Other Punjabi dishes average.naan was rubbery and not well done. Maybe some tandoor issue. Paneer was super soft and yummy.
Service was absolutely pathetic.ittook more than 50 minutes for the first dish to arrive although we arrived at 6:50 pm and we're first to reach.
The manager did serve a dessert to compensate but that's not what a guest comes for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food and peaceful environment. Valet parking is available. But the bad part is that there was no lift from basement and the entrance is not wheelchair friendly. All the dishes tasted fresh and delicious. Planner items were yummy. You also have the option of ordering Jain food. Do try out the sizzling brownie with hot fudge and the sizzlerS.

The waiters were very helpful and gave good suggestions to choose from.
Unfortunately, they don't have many variety in their menu.
The manager fought with us to compulsorily pay the service charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to this place assuming that this is a proper Rajasthani restaurant. But it isn't. They have all kinds of cuisines for everyone
We did not try the Pasta, Pizza and all the other Italian and American dishes.
We ordered the Vegetable Risotto Soup, Kotmiri Vada and Karara Palak chaat. The soup and the Vada are just brilliant. They were a little spicy but definitely worth it
For the main course we ordered Daal Makhani with rotis, and Potli biryani. The Daal Makhani was really really good too. Just something that you should keep in mind - The quantity was not that great, enough for 3 rotis maybe, and you can stretch it to 4. The Potli biryani was average, the vegetables weren't cooked properly
We also ordered the Baked Rasmalai. It's not really great. It was just burning and tasted average
But the waiters at this restaurant are quick and I mean really really quick. They serve you the dish and empty the vessel and take it back right away. The starters were very quick to come, but the main course took a while. But waiters are quick to serve and/or remove your plate from the table

- Good place to visit with family.
- Good taste of food.
- Maintsining cleanes everywhere.
Con’s as per me
- Order app don’t have descriptions when it comes to starters or other thing as well.
- Too costly when it comes to starters, compare to 3* hotel it’s more.
- Quantity is more.
Please management consider these points if possible. Hope you people work on this. Sure will visit again that time if cons if you people worked that time sure will give 5*.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celebrated an occasion today at Jalpaan. Ordered Broccoli and almond soup, vegetable shorba and tomato soup. Decent taste and quality.
Tandoori panner, soya chaap and bhuta cigar - taste not upto the mark, very small portion and not hot at all. Soya chaap tested like rice flour.
Butter Naan and vegetable kohlapuri tasted the best.
Ordered Lasagna and potli biryani which was a disaster. Lasagna was not well cooked, cold in some bites and also got a taste of pudina chutney. Absolutely no cheese at all.
Carrot halwa, jamoon and ice cream - carrot halwa was cold and not cooked well. Got taste of raw carrot in some bites. Portion is very small and very pricey.
Overall very bad service, we waited for 20 mins to get each course. Understaffed and the ambience is average. Not many waiters available to serve as well. Still 10% service charge is charged on the bill.
Lift is not convenient, takes only 4 ppl at once. Since the restaurant is located in 3rd floor, stairs might not be an option for many.
Average restaurant for one time visit.
