★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He has fresh meat no doubt. However off late Mr. JAMES speaks very badly to his customers on the phone. Also, he is not open to any complaints or criticism. He begins to give moral lectures to everyone when they try to place an order. He begins to give his own problems instead of giving solutions to customers. I have heard this from quite some many people of our area and our Parish. One of the hallmarks of doing business is to look after your customers who've been there for years. Just hope Roanld looks at this review, and then explains to him calmly that todays its about customer service/customer experience. Gone are the days where you could run a baniya like setup. Praying for him.
