★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in and around yaari road for more than 5 years and there is no better shop for mutton than tahir. There's a branch near achal building too that shuts at 1400. This one is better and is open till 1800. 1600 approx is lunch hour. They accept gpay also, so payment is not an issue. Rates are ok and the quality of mutton is good.
Over all hygiene and cleanliness can definitely be improved.

As always, the mutton was so tender that it took just 3 whistles plus 15 mins on low flame to cook. Plus the People are very kind and responsive to our requirements.
