They give favour to employees, and upper management is very supportive ,when you are in problem they support you.

1.There is lots of politics and if you argue for some valid point they can give you 10 days notice or immediate terminate,
2.Even if you serve your Notice period they not give your fnf and if you ask then they asked for recovery amount from you
3.No matter how much effort you given here and how long you work here ,they can easily terminate you .
