I stay in this appt last 1.5yrs no cleanliness & wall are broken due to rain ,due to this snakes entering into appt No safe place to play for kid too, no proper security often they get changed & no proper check happening in visitor until its yellow board car or auto, only maintenance Amount & home insurance amount taken, panty hall kitchen & toilet are not clean but money are taken for everything.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ adding to all those mr.Mahesh you must also know that since last fifteen years after the construction of apartment not even A single paise is been spent by owners for development. till 2012 maintainence amount collected by association was less than just 600(six)hundred rupees only. only after all the borewells dried up maintanence Was gradually raised
You must also be aware that in all the other apartments every year you will have to pay some good amount for development only which will be used for development only but in our apartment the earlier association holders Failed to collect the same so is the condition of the apartment and we cannot expect them to bring money from their home and develop the apartment
Any how you must be busy in your job eventhough please feel free to join the asssociation next term
