β β β β β One star is also the least that you can provide. They are just bothered how to make money and not at all interested once sale is done and handing over the property. Lot of issues even before handing of full possession, It has been a nightmare. Parking issues, Maintenance costs are not transparent and very high compared to other apartments, they don't have human intervention at all for any issues to sort out. All it one CRM team who is not even interested to solve issues, they ask to write emails to generic email address. If people are willing to or thinking of buying a home here to fulfill a dream beware... Its the worse most brand that you want to be even associated with.

β β β β β Please be careful buying the flat at The Tree by Provident. Horrible experience with Provident. They are really bad bad.
Stay at same for rent few months and see the quality and issues. I have lost huge money because of there delay mistakes etc etc etc
I had booked apartment with Provident way back 2015, Delay, Pre EMI, has resulted in huge losses. Incase any emergency you need to sell/exit itβs like one way you canβt exit at all, huge inventory will be available from builder side itself and will be selling at cheaper price, where as we would paid huge interest, rent.
Again transfer fees huge loss, which will be at prevailing rates they tell you ridiculous, even though you will be selling at very cheap price with huge losses.
Floor Rise Charges, Club House Facing, Park Facing, all these will be only to add extra extra charges from builder side. Once there project is completed you will have huge resale units available at cheap prices.
Initially sales person will tell you take open car parking, later nearing completion when you need covered parking it will be 300% extra charges but your apartment would not have appreciated.

β β β β β After sales services from Provident is pathetic. They simply dont care for their customers, i had requested for a simple NOC letter form BESCOM for transfer of ownership form them. They said it will take 10-15 working days,It has been more that two months now there is no sign of getting the letter. None bothered to respond as well...

β β β β β Cannot comment anything the property as I couldnβt see it. The sales guy named Lokesh never showed us the property. Extremely ill mannered sales person. I visited the property twice but couldnβt see it. I still want to see the property hope someone reverts. And please keep a polite person

β β β β β This project deserves negative rating. Both Provident and Propmart will speak nice things on project. After registration they will not even give parking spot, NOC.
Worst service and Maintenance they are giving
And the water supplying there is disgusting
Actually the outer view is nice but all other things is very worst
The association is waste, they are behaving rude to families and bachelor's too. lot of things are hidden

β β β β β Attended house-warming function in this building. Approach roads from main road to this apartment (twin buildings) are horrible and un-motorable, for which the Builder should influence the local authority for upgrading of roads in this entire area without further delay.
However, once you are there at the apartment building, there are no hiccups. Beautifully designed blocks, flats and I liked the concept of greenery with planting of exotic plants. Lifts are good too. Ventilation is good. Even member facilities are very good. Construction is of good quality.
Where I went, I noticed rain water entering the flat through windows due to inadequate chajja projection. Being a civil engineer myself, I understand this and I am surprised at itβs poor/ inadequate design. How can a reputed builder do this? Doing rectification by a flat owner is going to be a difficult task.

About location, I love it. Just inside Nice road, 1.5km off Magadi Road. The locality is serene. Great place to live in. You may not find all the malls and supermarkets nearby but who cares? All that's accessible with few kilometres .
At the end of the day, you want to come back to live in this place and that's what matters most. ???
