A	Aakash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live here, absolutely its not so clean, maintainance is not so good, but bus facilities are very good, frequent current cutts, but the place is still developing The office here is too careless, it closes at 8, if any problems ( like fuse off) happen after 8, you have to suffer, the office will not help. Watchman sleeps at night, its not so secure, monkeys may visit your houses here? There are about 820 houses, i am living here from 3 years, there is also a e waste bin Anytype of questions/queries you have Please ask me first, before buying any house

It was developed by Engineers Syndicate (Hyderabad) as their First Venture in Bangalore and sold for a very reasonable price. Janapriya Township is a Ward in Kadabagere Gram Panchayat. Hence recipient of certain welfare measures of Government. Well connected with Majestic by BMTC Buses. G 7 Route originate from here and frequency is more. There is a Well maintained Ganesha Temple within the premises. Very Calm Area. Suitable for Walking and Jogging. Surroundings are very healthy atmosphere. Nothing more good things to say. Maintenance of the Gated Community requires much improvement. But Maintenance Charges are only Rs.300/-. That may be the main reason for poor Maintenance. Sight of Sewage water pouring and stagnating in Car Parking is nothing to get alarmed at. It is a regular sight.
M	Maithri Ganeshan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived just for only one year the maintenance is very very bad and pathetic most of the houses are empty and locked and nobody will be willing to come here for rent even for just Rs. 3500 every day 2 to 3 houses will be getting vacated and traveling is very very difficult to go to work as it is very far from the city and the roads are not in a good condition not suitable for working people and senior citizens. Frequent power cuts every day for up to 7 to 8 hours it may extend no reason power cuts you have to suffer a lot maintenance or the office people will not help and even the BESCOM people is least bothered. Monkeys may visit your house any time it is a big torture from monkeys it can enter to your house any time. Instead of coming here for rent and suffer and regret later you may go for the rent to other places. I request all the people before coming here for rent or lease think twice.

k	kavitha gopinath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in this township for 1 year the experience is really bad this place will not come under BBMP Limits it is still under Machohalli Gram Panchyat and they make their own rules and regualtions and you have to suffer a lot by living here this township is 20 years old building no developments and improvements and it is very far from the city limits. You will have excess power cut for 7 t0 8 hours continously every day if you call your maintenance they wont cooperate and help you they say we are not Bescom People and you need to wait for really very vey long hours to restore power because of this issue many houses vacated from this township you will find township EMPTY! EMPTY! You will find very very middle class people stay in this township like Auto Drivers, Garment Workers and Daily wage workers and many unemployed and jobless with bad habits people not well educated working professional people and this township is not suited for Working People. Outsiders dominate this place Mr. Somashekar he his from Machohalli Gram Panchyat he is no where staying in these janapriya township he makes his own rules and regulations for the people and does rowdiysm inside the apartment he should be thrown out first from this Township so that there will be dvelopments and improvements and people has to listen to him what ever he does. It is a HEAVEN staying here. Please reach me before you are coming to stay here.
