I ordered one mattress.. which is highly costly of about Rs. 42000.. and as per them its an imported quality.. As i m facinated i ordered.. initially they told delivery should b within 4-5 days.. accordingly i paid 75% advance. During measurement of bed they asked me to pay 100% advance. I denied and asked i will pay during delivery. They said delivery should b after 10-12 days. Agreed.
After 12days when i had asked about delivery they told there is factory problem.
When i again asked them they told due to rainy season it may take another 5days but order delivere.
After 5days again when i asked they told, pl pay balance amount and it will b delivered within 2days. But after payment its in vain. Everyone talks lies and even dont know. Still i m waiting and its about one month.
Its a completely wrong shop and advise to not to purchase anything from there.

They utter a whole bible in favour of their products & services, take 100% advance & then fail to deliver. I bought from their shop under an impression that this was a branch of Janta Textiles, Burrabazar, but actually it’s totally different. Genuinity is absolutely missing. They say their tailor is he best one in Kolkata and he will do such a job which I would have never seen in my life. Later feel ashamed themselves, at the time of delivery.
Attached screenshots are evidences.
I paid them 100% value and they kept buying time weeks upon weeks. But you see the attachments before being fooled.
