★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service I have seen. I'll share my experience which makes me say this. We had asked to ship the order to Pune and had paid for the same. The order was 3-4 days late. On top of that, the delivery guy came within 5 minutes of the destination and refused to come any further. We contacted Janta to report the issue and the response we got was ridiculous. They said it's not their problem. This was after we paid for the delivery. The delivery had 10 heavy boxes which we had to carry by hand. Super friendly service indeed.
