★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time server cède my car at Approach. Was very happy with their work and service. All things are explained transparently and charges are reasonable. After the car was taken back there was a problem so I took it back. They promptly fixed it and sent back the car the same day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had occasion to take my mother-in-law's car to Approach Auto Clinic for routine servicing and repairs thereon. The experience was a pleasant one.
The establishment is professionally managed—the result is quiet efficiency, and a complete commitment to an unshakable schedule, which is rigorously respected. Of the car concerned, a number of issues were addressed; certainly a couple of grave ones. Yet, repairs and services were carried out in record time; and when I took delivery of the car, it was as good as new.
What struck me especially was that the Works Managers went beyond the call of duty—to the extent sharing with me a post-service estimate, easing the way for an insurance claim. These are aspects of a truly professional establishment, that makes life as simple as possible for its patrons.
The process of payment is also eased for the customer, especially for my mother-in-law; a senior citizen who prefers online payment methodologies.
All in all, I record my thanks to Approach Auto Clinic, and wish them the very best in their endeavours, even as I thank them for their timely, efficient help.

Owner of the auto clinic him self involved in the transactions. Time bound delivery is appreciated. Engineers of the garage service the vehicle as if it their won vehicle, it gives satisfaction and comfort.

Although, my car is maintained by authorised service centre, but for emergency, spoke to Chetanji of Approach Auto Clinic and sent for diagnosis. They immediately checked without prior appointment and informed me the problems. Got the problem fixed immeditely. Excellent service from pick up to drop and throughout. They also helped me in not unnecessarily changing parts and advised me not to waste money on job which can be avoided.
