โ โ โ โ โ Booked a steering repair service via Gomechanic app. Just check the price and duration for "EPS module repair". It's 4500 rs and 6 hours respectively. This guy did not inform me anything about the car for 4 days!..I used to call them every day and their usual responce was 'kaam ho gaya hai sir kal subah tak mil jaegi'..they dragged this for 4 days. And at the end of 8 days they said "sir car ka kaam nahi ho raha hai time lagega".. it is just epitome of unprofessionalism..I used to call them 4-5 times a day just to check the status of car repair! After 8 days I had to pay 1100 rs and my car not serviced. And let me tell you, for one day when they thought the EPS module was repaired they sent me the bill of 7500 (almost the double on what is mentioned in the app). Trust me..your car company's authorised showroom is the only place which can give you some assurance and confidence about car's service. Lesson learnt!

โ โ โ โ โ I got my car's tyres replaced at GoMechanic before leaving on a trip. The tyres were reasonably priced and of high quality, and they have always exceeded my expectations. It is backed up with a solid recommendation.

โ โ โ โ โ These guys are fooling people in the name of part replacement and charging heafty. The parts are overpriced like hell. I changed my brake shoe kit at 1000 in market whereas they asked for 5000.
Now for my steering rack repair I have already paid 4000 and asked 4000 more for oil seal kit, which should ideally be part of repair and also Which I think they have damaged in the process.
Gomechanic Service buddy is working for workshop instead of customer and both are looting customers.
Also all the good reviews are fake, all are 4 months ago from today which is very strange and no reviews after that. These guys looks like there own staff or something.
