Only thing is offers and discounts are limited at times rest things are good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had send my car for servicing where the service advisor was very rude & was behaving as if now the car is with them so they can behave the way they want to..after wrads his senior handeled the matter really well but i think they should train their executives of how to talk to their customers...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have our AMC with Arya Honda Sewree. Their drivers are never on time, very unprofessional. I have been calling them up to send my car back as i need it urgently but they are totally unresponsive.
Now more than 30 hours and my car is still not back from normal servicing. When they say morning, they dont mean it.
Mr. Ganesh their supervisor told me that my car will be back today morning and still it is not back till 12 pm

-They return the car without proper cleaning
-They missed critical aspect of servicing and called me 2 months later asking me for send the car again as CVT oil needs to be changed.
-Service advisors are not honest and try to fleece

Since the first day itself even after me being the second user of the car he made me feel so comfortable and confident to hang around with my CIVIC for more 5 years guides me with each and every requirement, matches my budget too I had been to several other brands of the same grade as I have been driving since 14yrs now but THIS GUY TAKES CARE OF THE HONDA FAMILY .
