1. Nice security and all facilities
2. Almost no water or electricity cuts
3. Society needs coloring and maintenance in general
4. No service lift so movers and packers charge extra.
5. Prefer homes which are garden facing and round balcony

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place to stay. The mornings greet you with no notice pollution rather with birds chirping around, nice green surroundings, tall trees, green lawns, flowers in the shrubs.
The evenings are equally great with kids playing around and with their happy chirpy voices, younger lads chit chatting and olders folks with their evening stroll, enjoying the lively scenes all around.
Clean clear sky, slight breeze and you are transferred to a heavenly experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual an upper middle class residential high rise society. FSI has been beautifully utilised. Flats are nor big nor small. As they are in The Great Magarpatta City there just can't be noise pollution or smoke pollution. Cleanliness , security immaculate. Social facilities like club house , children area are ample. A good society to live

Pollution free green society.
Every essential item is available within the range of 2 km only. Public transport options are easily available.
Flats are quite spacious and airy with ample amount of sunlight throughout the day.
There's a well maintained garden & play area for kids and adults.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best society in Magarpatta, very large podium very beautiful landscaping and ample space for all age group of kids. Very big spacious flats (2bhk having around 1250 sqft area!)
Well maintained and also ample space for parking and lot of empty parking at any given of time.
