1. WHEN I SEE SAMPLE FLAT, AND DECIDED TO BUY. I ASKED THEM TO CHANGE TOILET WESTERN FROM INDO WESTERN.....THEY SAID YES WHEN CONSTRUCTION GOING ON....AFTER MY FLOOR FINISHED, THEY DENIED ME THAT THEY DONT HAVE SET UP FOR INDO WESTERN TOILET.
2. BUILDER SHOWS IN THEIR PROMOTION ABOUT GSPC GAS LINE. OTHER BUILDERS GIVING GAS CONNECTION BEFORE POSSESSION AND THIS BUILDER TELLING US AFTER WE FINISH ALL PAYMENT AND DOCUMENT.
3. MY 1 BEDROOM WALL IS OUT ELEVATION. CANT FIX MY FURNITURE IN LINE.
4. THIS BUILDER IS OLD AND EXPERIENCED, WE DID NOT EXPECT THIS TYPE OF RUDE, PATHETIC BEHAVIOUR.
5. IF YOUR FLAT IS ON JOINT NAME, THEY WONT TELL YOU THAT FOR TRANSFER NAME, BALANCE FORMALITIES OF AFFIDAVIT TO BE GIVEN TO PGVCL.
6. IF YOUR FLAT IS ON LOAN AND ITS FROM SBI, THEIR ADVOCATE WONT GIVE YOU INDEX 2 TO COMPLETE FINAL DOCUMENT FROM SBI.
7. PEOPLE MUST COME AND VISIT AND SEE HOW THEIR WORK OF PARKING. VERY FUNNY. IN MONSOON, PARKING WILL BE ROCK AND ROLL.
MY REQUEST IS TO ALL FUTURE BUYER TO TALK WITH LIVING RESIDENT BEFORE BUYING.....ALL WILL COME TO KNOW TRUTH.
I PERSONALLY FEEL CHEATED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was Planning to buy flat there but read review of local residents and also personally confirmed issues facing by people residing there of not providing facilities/ response by builder/ staff as committed and mentioned in plan and braucher, have dropped plan. Pls visit local residents for actual issues before purchasing/planning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude behaviour from site staff after purchased flat. Non-cooperative in any help asked. Pendency in work like amenities committed-owners trying to defence the argue for COVID situation which is utterly false...
I could have invested my lifelong capital to other better place than this.

section window work so poor, used materials are poor quality frequently chocked.
A & B wings having Parking issue
All balcony needs water drainage porperly
locks of all doors are poor quality
as per show in brochure aminities and elevation are not looks actually
